How does the Crumbl Rewards program work?
Every purchase brings you closer to earning amazing perks! Depending on your Rewards membership status, you'll earn 10–13 Crumbs for every dollar spent at Crumbl, unlocking more rewards as you go!
Make sure to use your Crumbs within a year of earning them before they expire!

How do I use my Crumbs?
You can use Crumbs for ordering cookies and desserts! In-store, select "Rewards," enter your phone number, and confirm with a code sent to your phone. On the Crumbl App, start an order and look for your eligible rewards at the top of the page. You can also use your Crumbs from the "Redeem" section in the "Rewards" tab.
Make sure to use your Crumbs within a year of earning them before they expire!

Crumbs are earned on purchases of desserts, catering, or Gift Cards made through Crumbl. Delivery fees and tips also contribute to earning Crumbs! Service fees and taxes are excluded from Crumbs calculations.

Once you earn 500 Crumbs, you have enough to receive a Silver Tier membership! You now also have enough Crumbs to redeem a free single Large dessert! The more Crumbs you earn, the more Rewards you can redeem!

Yes! You can earn Crumbs for every dollar spent on catering at the same rate as your membership tier.

No, you do not earn Crumbs on purchases made with gift cards or Rewards Crumbs. However, if the purchase exceeds the gift card or Rewards Crumbs amount, you will earn Crumbs on the remaining balance paid, according to your membership level.

When we switched to our new Rewards program, we removed Crumbl Cash and now have a simple Crumbs-based system instead! Don't worry, your previous Crumbl Cash hasn't disappeared. You can still find and use your Crumbl Cash under the "More" tab in the Crumbl App.
