Create meaningful moments with extra time off
Full-time employees receive 15 days of Paid Time Off per year, plus paid holidays. They also get 2 extra days of PTO per year to volunteer with their communities and extra days off in the summer and around Christmas—-all so our employees can create meaningful moments with those who matter most.
Reimbursements and travel funds
Full-time employees receive a reimbursement of $50 toward their phone bill and gym membership each month. They also receive $500 in travel funds annually for their next vacation!
Health and family benefits
Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are offered to all full-time HQ employees. Crumbl pays 80% of employee’s healthcare premiums and 60% of their dependent’s premiums. Crumbl will also match 100% of employee’s 401k contributions, up to a maximum of 5% of your annual income.
After six months of full-time employment, employees also enjoy 12 weeks of paid parental leave.

About Us

Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah.
The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. After spending thousands of dollars baking and testing cookies, they finally discovered the perfect recipe.
Once Crumbl’s Milk Chocolate Chip recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl Cookies and sold their cookies for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history.
Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl’s goal is to bring friends and family together over a box of the best cookies in the world.
